The Tier score for a Platinum and Black Card is earned from a running total of points for six months and is evaluated on June 30 and December 31 each year. No broken, taped, photocopied, or altered identification will be accepted to open or reprint a Rush Rewards Card.
In order to sign-up for a Rush Rewards account, guests must be at least 21 years of age and present a current, valid government issued Photo ID.
